Not included: end-of-stay cleaning, linens, and other extras (amenities, maintenance, and other repairs). These items are the responsibility of the guest or owner as agreed and are billed separately at a negotiated rate or based on a quote.
No fixed costs: you pay only a percentage of the net revenue actually collected (net of tourist tax, portal fees, linens, cleaning, and other extras).
